We are thrilled to partner with our client who are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Account Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is a dynamic sales and business development role, involving proactive outreach, relationship-building, and helping secure new opportunities for the business and their clients.
About the Role
As an Account Sales Executive, you’ll engage directly with potential clients, develop strong relationships, and contribute to business growth. You’ll need to be self-motivated, confident, and capable of working independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive and engaging telephone manner, and a genuine interest in sustainability and the environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver agreed performance levels for clients against set KPIs.
*Support clients’ business development activities through proactive outreach.
*Maintain and update the company CRM (HubSpot) and internal databases.
*Conduct proactive market research to build knowledge of clients, processes, and opportunities.
*Assist Account Managers with client management and support tasks.
*Attend exhibitions and industry events on behalf of clients.
*Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging telephone manner.
*Highly motivated and able to work independently.
*Collaborative team player with strong organisational and time management skills.

Minimum Experience
*Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales and customer service.
*Proven leadership abilities and strong communication skills.
*Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM) and sales performance analysis.
*Excellent time management and organisational skills.
*Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs to drive strategy.
*A Level in English or equivalent qualification.
