The Role
*Manage a broad and varied commercial property caseload (sales, purchases, leases, development and landlord/tenant work)
*Advise on related commercial transactions for SME clients and investors
*Play a key role in building client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the department
About You
*Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
*Minimum 3 years’ PQE in commercial property law
*Confident in client management and building strong relationships
*No following required – the firm has a steady pipeline of quality work
