Head of Private Client
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a confident and experienced Head of Private Client to join a well-established Sheffield firm. This is a pivotal leadership role for a proactive Solicitor ready to drive growth and shape the future of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage the Private Client team, providing mentorship and support to junior lawyers
*Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the department and client base
*Oversee a varied caseload including wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration and trusts
*Ensure high quality client service and compliance with all regulatory requirements
*Build and maintain strong client relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families
*Collaborate closely with wider leadership to align department goals with firm strategy
Candidate Requirements:
*Solicitor with significant Private Client experience, ideally with 5+ years PQE
*Proven leadership and team management skills
*Strong commercial awareness and business development capabilities
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to manage a busy caseload while driving the department forward
*Experience working within a regional or national law firm preferred
