Job Description:
Receptionist – Full Time (40 hrs/week)
Previous hospitality experience preferred
Shifts: Between 7am–11pm, including weekends
Location: Reigate area - need to drive
We’re looking for a warm, professional Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. You’ll be the first and last impression for our guests, so a passion for great service is essential.
What you’ll be doing:
*Welcoming guests with a smile and handling check-ins/outs smoothly
*Managing bookings, calls, and guest enquiries
*Coordinating with housekeeping to ensure room readiness
*Keeping the reception area clean, calm, and guest-ready
*Supporting other departments during quieter periods
What we’re looking for:
*A natural people person with strong communication skills
*Calm under pressure and confident handling busy shifts
*Organised, reliable, and detail-focused
*Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
