Site Maintenance Assistant – £40,000 per year
Location: Barnsley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
Elevation Recruitment are proud to be supporting our client in their search for a Site Maintenance Assistant to join the team.

Responsibilities:
* Carrying out basic repairs and general upkeep around the site

* Handling plumbing tasks and small-scale maintenance jobs

* Managing waste and ensuring the site remains clean, tidy, and safe

* Putting up signage and supporting general building improvements

* Speaking with contractors and ensuring all work meets expectations

* Painting, decorating, and keeping the site looking its best

Experience:
* Previous experience in a maintenance, handyman, or facilities role

* Strong all-round practical skills (basic repairs, plumbing, painting, etc.)

* A proactive, reliable approach and willingness to take initiative

* Great communication skills for working with internal teams and contractors

Benefits:
