Job Description:
Our client, Walsall Council, is seeking an agency Team Manager for its Children in Care team.
Pay rate is £41.42 umbrella.
The role will involve the following:
*Responsible for managing a team of social workers and family support workers who have a caseload of children in care

Requirements of the role:
*Qualified Social Worker
*Fully Social Work England registered
*3 years post-qualified experience in employment of a local authority (DFE rules)
*Must have experience of managing staff in a children’s social care setting
*Must have experience of working with children in care and demonstrable knowledge in this area
