Job Description:
My client, a well established consultancy firm, is looking to hire a Recruitment Coordinator to join them in their gorgeous City Offices!

Role: Recruitment Coordinator
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: City of London
When: Monday - Friday / 3 days in office
What you’ll do:
*Lead European internship programmes from end-to-end
*Screen all interns, set up interviews and manage full onboarding
*Work closely with hiring managers within the business to identify recruitment needs
*Manage the companies ATS system ensuring all processes are correct and up to date
*Provide support and guidance to candidates who may need it
*Proactively source and engage with new talent via portals such as LinkedIn
*Manage all job postings to ensure that there is continuity throughout
*Lead and manage the firms DE&I programme *Lead and support diversity initiatives across offices
*Managing UpReach programmes
*Running work experience weeks
*Develop similar programmes in European Offices
What you need:
*Fluent in French or German is desired
*Previous experience within a Professional Services firm
*Strong interpersonal skills
*Proven experience within a recruitment position
