KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills & Employability sectors.
Job Title: Business Development Executive (Apprenticeships / WBL)
Location: Hybrid – Home and Office
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 + Bonus
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Key Duties:
*Utilising telesales, networking and social media to proactively identify and engage with businesses, to promote our client’s portfolio of services (Apprenticeships / professional learning solutions).
*Respond to inbound and outbound enquiries, in a timely manner.
*Researching new markets and businesses, speaking with key decision makers, identifying opportunities for the field-based sales team.
*Manage own daily output using our client’s internal CRM system.
*Maintaining own knowledge of policy changes, funding changes and relevant business expectations.
*Work to achieve and exceed agreed weekly / monthly KPI’s.
Essential Criteria:
*Must have experience of working within a business-to-business or lead generation role, ideally within the work-based learning industry (though this is not essential).
*Experience of working towards and achieving targets / KPI’s.
*Confident with, and have experience in using CRM systems.
*Excellent communication skills
*Confident, friendly and professional manner.
*Ability to overcome objections.
