Rhubarb Recruitment is hiring a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager for a premium fast-casual healthy food brand, located in Central London. This is a hands-on Kitchen Manager Job in London, working with a growing independent QSR concept, with a focus on fresh-prep, healthy oven-led menus.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage day-to-day kitchen operations and Central Production Unit (CPU)
*Oversee batch prep, cook–chill, vacuum-pack workflows
*Ensure correct Health & Safety procedures
*Manage stock, ordering, and minimise waste
*Support menu development
Ideal Candidate:
*Experience in QSR, dark kitchens, or production kitchens is ideal
*Skilled in cook–chill, vacuum-packing, and Rational ovens
*Strong administration skills
