Graduate Business Development Executive – B2B Events
Central London Office (4 days in-office each week) + Travel
Salary up to £35,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded graduate to drive growth for a flagship event by engaging innovative companies and building strong industry relationships.
Key Responsibilities
*Identify and secure high-potential companies to participate in the events as exhibitors.
*Build and nurture relationships with founders, investors, and industry partners.
*Promote the value of our events, highlighting networking, exposure, and business opportunities.
*Execute outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and strategic partnerships.
*Work closely with marketing to showcase success stories and innovation.
*Support smooth event delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for participants, sponsors, and speakers.
*Meeting your daily and weekly activity targets and KPIs.
*Contribute ideas to enhance programs and community engagement.
*Manage guest and participant logistics to maximise value.
What Makes You a Great Fit
*You are looking for a career in sales within the b2b events industry, where you will be working to activity-based targets.
*6+ months of professional work experience gained in sales, marketing, office-based customer service or similar.
*Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented, and results-driven.
*Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
*Motivated by meeting (or exceeding) daily activity targets.
*Adaptable, creative, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
*Skilled in digital outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and CRM/software tools.
*Collaborative, organised, and motivated to support team success.
*Degree-level education with a passion for sales and business development.
*Confident, proactive, and eager to take ownership of opportunities.
