We are seeking a fully vetted Lecturer in Employability and Youth Engagement to work with NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) students and those with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). This role is crucial in supporting vulnerable groups and helping them achieve their educational and career goals.
Day-to-day of the role:*Deliver employability skills training and youth engagement programs to NEET students and those with SEND.
*Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students.
*Monitor and support students’ progress, providing personalised guidance and support.
*Collaborate with other lecturers and professionals to enhance program effectiveness.
*Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance, progress, and assessments.
*Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay updated with the latest teaching strategies and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:*Experience working with NEET students and individuals with SEND.
*Strong background in employability training and youth engagement.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
*Relevant teaching qualification or equivalent professional experience.
*Full vetting clearance.
