We are seeking a dedicated Teacher Trainer Lecturer to deliver Level 5 apprenticeship training in Teaching and Learning. This role requires travel to WFC and offers an engaging opportunity to shape the careers of aspiring educators.
Day-to-day of the role:*Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to Level 5 apprenticeship students in Teaching and Learning.
*Prepare lesson plans and training materials based on the curriculum requirements.
*Assess and evaluate apprentices’ progress through practical and theoretical assessments.
*Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help apprentices meet their educational goals.
*Maintain records of apprentices’ attendance, progress, and assessments.
*Stay updated with the latest educational trends and incorporate new teaching methods into sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
*Experience in delivering teacher training or lecturing in a related field.
*Strong understanding of the curriculum and standards for Level 5 apprenticeships in Teaching and Learning.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to travel to WFC for scheduled sessions.
