Role:
Our client is looking for an immediate, Interim Management Accountant to assist them for 12 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:
*Assist in preparing financial statements, including accurate and timely production of monthly management accounts.
*Support the month-end close process by reviewing postings, making journal adjustments, and resolving discrepancies.
*Analyse and produce detailed aged debtor reports to monitor overdue accounts, prioritise collections, and inform stakeholders.
*Perform balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring all accounts are reconciled with supporting documentation.
*Assist in fixed asset reconciliations, ensuring alignment between the general ledger and fixed asset register.
*Maintain the fixed asset register by updating records for acquisitions, disposals, depreciation schedules, and transfers.
*Act as key liaison with vendors to resolve invoicing or payment discrepancies and ensure good supplier relationships.
*Collaborate with the accounts payable (AP) team
*Clear any backlog of aged items to ensure the ledger remains up-to-date and accurate.
*Analyse financial data to identify patterns in aged items and implement process improvements for quicker resolution.
Profile:
The successful Interim Management Accountant will be qualified (Eg. ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or be qualified by experience.
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:
This Interim Management Accountant role will be paying circa £300 - £350 per day dependant on experience.
