Job Description
*Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
*Maintain and enhance ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
*Act as the main contact for all quality matters, ensuring full compliance across new and existing products.
*Support new product introduction (NPI) and product verification processes.
*Investigate and resolve product or process issues, driving corrective and preventive actions.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Qualified in Quality and/or Engineering, with proven leadership experience.
*Skilled in manufacturing processes (mouldings, castings, machining, fabrication, assembly, basic electronics).
*Knowledgeable in quality tools (8D, 5Y, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, etc.).
*Strong communicator and problem-solver
