Are you a local Account’s Assistant/Purchase Ledger looking for a role that is Part Time and Local?
My client is seeking an efficient Purchase Ledger Clerk who is confident in processes and looking for a new part-time opportunity.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in financial administration and is keen to bring their expertise to our team.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Processing purchase invoices and maintaining the purchase ledger.
*Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
*Preparing payment runs and ensuring timely payments.
*Liaising with suppliers and resolving any invoice or payment issues.
*Assisting with month-end closing processes and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk.
*Strong understanding of purchase ledger processes and financial administration.
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
*Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
