M&A Tax Assistant Manager / Newly Qualified CTA
Big 4 - London with a real hybrid working model.
Are you a Newly Qualified CTA candidate who is curious about the transactions market?
Are you a M&A tax specialist looking for the chance to work on every deal from start to finish?
Do you want a genuine chance to take control of your career and be exposed to fast track progression?
Due to ambitious growth plans and the vision to grow a dedicated team of M&A tax specialists, a market leading Big 4 practice is seeking an M&A Tax Assistant Manager.
You will be part of a close-knit team and working directly with the Partner and Senior Manager within the department.
The team currently advises across all areas on a sale and purchase, with clients primarily being international groups. However, they are always winning and delivering on projects involving institutional buyers and investors.
