Job Description:
A dynamic and growing consultancy in Birmingham is looking for a Project Manager with experience in both residential and student accommodation sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager keen to join a hands-on team with strong growth plans and a diverse project pipeline.

The Project Manager’s role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, from early-stage feasibility to handover. You will coordinate with clients, lead project teams, and oversee contractor performance.

* Degree in a construction-related discipline
* Proven experience delivering resi and student accommodation schemes
* Consultancy or client-side background preferred
* Strong organisational and reporting skills
* Familiarity with JCT/NEC contracts
