*Advise on contentious construction matters including:
*Court litigation, adjudication, arbitration, mediation and other forms of ADR relating to disputes over payment, delays, defects & professional negligence
*Give advice on contract management and dispute mitigation strategies
*You will get plenty of variety advising on a wide range of construction projects, including commercial development, utilities, & renewable energy
*What will you need?
*To be a Contentious Construction Solicitor or Legal Executive
*At least 4 years+ PQE
*Construction law experience
*Those already at associate, or senior associate level are encouraged to apply
