Our client an independent, forward thinking firm of Chartered Accountants are seeking an Audit Semi-Senior/Senior to join their team in Witney, Oxfordshire.
The position will involve dealing with audit assignments for a mixed portfolio of clients, along with providing advice.
Key duties will include:-
*Working with Managers and Partner-level team members on audit engagements.
*Leading audits with team members in a timely manner from planning through to completion.
*Advising clients on audit matters in conjunction with Partners, confidently communicating with client staff members including Directors and CFO’s.
*Managing the audit requirements for a growing portfolio of clients.
*Building relationships with existing and new clients to support the firm’s growth and success. Supporting audit tenders for new business
*Developing and leading a team of junior members.
They are ideally looking for someone with at least 2 years post qualification UK practice experience, with a strong audit background and has a professional qualification such as ACCA/ACA, although study support may be offered if required.
