You will be the sole Employment Solicitor working in a wider Litigation Team.
The Role:
This role offers the chance to be part of a supportive and experienced team, working on a wide range of Employment law matters. A keen interest in the Horsham area and a commitment to growing and developing professionally are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing a diverse caseload of Employment law matters ( 5+ years PQE ) with efficiency and attention to detail
*Delivering high-quality client care and maintaining the highest professional standards
*Contributing to the team’s continued growth and reputation in the local market
About You:
You will:
*Be a qualified solicitor with experience in Employment law (5 + PQE )
*Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills
*Show a proactive attitude and a passion for personal and professional development
*Be highly organised and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
