You will be joining a national team of Contentious Probate specialists, handling a full caseload of disputed wills, inheritance claims and trust litigation matters. With a constant flow of high-quality instructions, the role demands a solicitor who can operate with minimal supervision and add immediate value to the team.
This is not a role for someone lightly exposed to Contentious Probate—it is essential that you have been fully immersed in this area of law for at least 3 years and can demonstrate a strong track record of independent case handling.
Candidate Requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 3 years PQE
*Significant, demonstrable experience in Contentious Probate matters
*Confident handling claims under the Inheritance Act 1975, will validity disputes, executor/trustee issues and trust litigation
*Able to work independently and manage a full caseload
*Excellent client care and communication skills
