Marketing Manager – Digital Campaigns
Location: Crawley Hybrid | Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you ready to take the next step in your marketing career, focusing on subscription growth and ROI-driven strategies? We’re looking for a skilled Marketing Manager with experience in multi-channel campaigns and a passion for delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
*Plan and execute targeted, integrated marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and subscriber growth across digital channels including social media, email, paid media, and partnerships.
*Manage the development of marketing assets (digital, print, video), ensuring brand consistency and effective messaging.
*Collaborate with analytics and development teams to optimise onsite messaging and conversion strategies.
*Monitor campaign performance, report on ROI and KPIs, and continuously refine strategies based on data insights.
*Use email platforms and CRM tools to segment audiences and deliver personalised, high-conversion messaging.
*Support data growth and segmentation for targeted promotions across events and commercial activity.
*Enhance the subscription funnel journey, implement reengagement tactics, and develop entry points for new customer acquisition.
*Work with Salesforce and Pardot to drive corporate subscriber growth.
*Manage budgets and resources to maximise ROI while maintaining profitability.
*Coordinate with internal teams and external partners including agencies and designers.
*Collaborate across departments (editorial, digital, commercial) to maximise cross-promotion and campaign impact.
*Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, advising on best practices and KPIs.
*Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows when required.
Experience
*Solid marketing experience, ideally with exposure to digital subscription products (e.g., SaaS, business information, enterprise licences).
*Strong understanding of content marketing and its role in lead generation and conversion.
*Familiarity with subscription models and performance-driven environments.
*Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills.
*Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Piano, and marketing automation platforms.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
*Experience in international subscription marketing and compliance is a plus.
*Willingness to travel for events when needed.
