Job Description:
Seasonal bonus in place for November & December 2025.
M4 Specialist is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 (CE) Drivers on behalf of our client based in Dunstable. This is a long-term opportunity offering guaranteed hours, excellent pay rates, and the potential for permanent employment within six months.
An uplift of £1 per hour throughout November & then £2 per hour in December from Standard Rates. (Subject to T&Cs)
Must complete all shifts in November & December. Please see rates below

Normal Rates 2025
Day Shift - £20.56 per hour
Night Shift - £22.22 per hour
Overtime / Saturday - £23.88 per hour
Sunday or Bank Holiday - £25.00 per hour
November 2025 Rates Only
Day Shift - £21.56 per hour
Night Shift - £23.22 per hour
Overtime / Saturday - £24.88 per hour
Sunday or Bank Holiday - £26.00 per hour
December 2025 Rates Only
Day Shift - £22.56 per hour
Night Shift - £24.22 per hour
Overtime / Saturday - £25.88 per hour
Sunday or Bank Holiday - £27.00 per hour

Your Role:
*Safely deliver cages and totes to stores across the South of England
*Work alongside a Driver’s Mate to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries
*Be part of a professional, safety-focused team
Job Details:
*Start Times: 00:00-04:00, 04:00-08:00, 08:00-12:00, 12:00-16:00, 16:00-20:00 & 20:00-00:00.
*Shifts: 4-5 days per week (10-12 hour shifts)
*Delivery Area: Primarily South of England, including London but our client covers the whole of the UK
Fixed 5-out-of-7 Rota Patterns Available – Guaranteed 45 hours per week with the option for overtime!
What You Need:
*Valid HGV Class 1 (CE) Licence, Digital Tachograph, and CPC Card
*Maximum 6 points on your licence (SP & TS offences only)
*Strong knowledge of driver hours and WTD regulations
