Description
*Managing a portfolio of insolvency and restructuring cases, including both corporate and personal.
*Providing strategic advice and support to clients facing financial distress.
*Preparing reports and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
*Overseeing the implementation of restructuring plans.
*Coordinating with other professionals to maximise recoveries for creditors.
*Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and professional standards.
*Contributing to business development and networking activities.
*Mentoring and developing junior team members.
Profile
A successful ’Insolvency & Restructuring Director’ should have:
*A professional qualification in Insolvency (CPI/JIEB).
*Proven experience in insolvency and restructuring within the professional services industry.
*Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*A high level of integrity and professionalism.
*The ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
