Location: we welcome candidates across Scotland. They operate a fully dynamic working model, giving their people flexibility around where and when they work. You will be trusted to work where you perform best - at home, in the office, or a combination of both.

What you will do:
*Lead the delivery of complex, high-quality VAT advisory projects, including land and property, international transactions, partial exemption, and diligence work.
*Provide technical guidance on VAT compliance, planning, and structuring.
*Assist with the delivery of complex VAT compliance services to clients, including reviewing departmental work undertaken by the team.
*Identify and pursue business development opportunities to assist with driving business growth and client development.
*Coach and develop junior members of the team on compliance and advisory matters.
*As part of the tax management team, collectively lead compliance operations and process improvement to enhance efficiency.
What we are looking for:
*The ability to Demonstrate Expertise, including:
*Applying subject matter expertise to provide the highest quality service to clients with complex compliance and advisory needs.
*Bringing relevant management and coaching experience to deliver exceptional results.
*A relevant qualification such as ATT, CTA, or CA is desirable but not essential if you have strong relevant experience.
