Purchasing Administrator – Coventry
Salary: £28,000k
Location: Coventry
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Reed is recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering and manufacturing organisation based in Coventry. They are now seeking a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Purchasing Administrator to join their team and support operational excellence through strategic procurement and inventory management.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
*Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination *Ordering materials and consumables to meet production needs.
*Forecasting demand and managing stock levels.
*Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve order issues.
*Inventory & MRP Management *Supporting MRP system implementation and usage.
*Managing stock movements and maintaining accurate records.
*Administrative Support *Filing delivery notes and compliance documentation.
*Assisting Repair Managers and Key Account Managers.
*Driving continuous improvement across purchasing and inventory processes.
