Interim Finance Director – South Yorkshire (3 days on site)
Immediate Start – 6 Month Initial Assignment
We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director to provide hands-on leadership to a dynamic finance function for a South Yorkshire business. This is an immediate start role, requiring 3 days on site per week, reporting into the CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial reporting.
* Oversee the day-to-day finance operations, including management accounts, cash flow, and statutory reporting.
* Act as a strategic partner to the senior management team, supporting business decision-making and strategy delivery.
* Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and controls.
* Provide clear, insightful financial guidance to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
*ACA-qualified (Big 4 / Top 10 background ideal)
*Senior leadership experience within a group finance environment
*Strong stakeholder management and listed-company exposure
*Comfortable working across technical, commercial and strategic finance
*Available immediately and able to be on-site 3 days per week
