The Role:
You will handle a diverse, high-quality caseload of Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration and Tax Planning matters, while contributing to the department’s strategic development and mentoring Junior Solicitors.
Key Responsibilities:
*Drafting complex Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Advising on Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning and succession structures
*Administering trusts and estates, including complex and cross-border matters
*Advising on Court of Protection applications
*Overseeing trust and estate accounting and compliance
*Building strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives
About You:
*Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 8+ years’ PQE in Private Client Law
*Proven experience handling complex, high-value estate and trust work
*Strong leadership and client relationship skills
*STEP qualification desirable but not essential
*Ambitious, commercially aware and keen to play a strategic role in the firm’s growth
