LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR
Our client, an exciting and fast-scaling tech company based near London Bridge, is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join their passionate and forward-thinking team! This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a business transforming the estate planning industry through technology and innovation.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in crafting accurate, compliant, and clearly written estate planning documents, working closely with legal and estate planning experts to guide clients through the will-writing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, professionalism, and empathy, alongside a desire to grow within a dynamic, collaborative environment where curiosity and ambition are highly valued.
LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
*Drafting wills, LPAs, and estate planning documents based on client instructions and legal best practices
*Reviewing and revising will drafts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with relevant laws
*Collaborating with legal teams to address complex estate planning needs
*Staying up to date with will-writing regulations, inheritance laws, and industry best practices
*Ensuring strict confidentiality and data security when handling client information
*Providing administrative support related to will drafting and estate planning services
LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIALS:
*Minimum 12 months’ experience in legal services
*Experience using Arken or other will-writing software
*Demonstrating strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure documents are legally sound and meet client needs
*Collaborating effectively with legal professionals and estate planning teams to ensure seamless service delivery
*Managing time efficiently to handle multiple cases while maintaining high standards
*Thinking critically and adapting to unique client circumstances to deliver practical estate planning solutions
