SEMH Teaching Assistant
Start Date: January 2026 (or sooner for the right candidate)
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing and inclusive school setting in Thorne, Doncaster. This specialist provision caters to pupils aged 6–18 with a range of complex needs including ADHD, autism, developmental trauma, sensory processing difficulties, dyslexia, and attachment challenges. The school offers a trauma-informed, child-centred curriculum with small class sizes and a strong emphasis on personalised learning, wellbeing, and enrichment activities such as Forest School and outdoor education.
