Description
*Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements.
*Review financial statements to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
*Provide guidance and support to audit teams, fostering professional development.
*Maintain strong client relationships and address their audit-related queries effectively.
*Identify and communicate risk areas during engagements to ensure proactive solutions.
*Ensure timely delivery of audit reports and other deliverables to clients.
*Collaborate with other departments to support the company’s overall objectives.
*Assist in the development and improvement of internal audit processes and methodologies.
Profile
A successful Audit Manager should have:
*Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
*Proven experience in audit and assurance within professional services.
*Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
*Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.
