Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading precision machining supplier at the cutting edge of technology who are looking to recruit a Quality Engineer.
As a Quality Engineer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and systems, ensuring compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, AS13100 and SABRe standards. You’ll support both internal and external audits, monitor non-conformance investigations, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continual improvement across all manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support and maintain the company’s Business Management System (BMS).
*Conduct and support internal and external audits.
*Monitor and drive closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
*Ensure customer specifications and documentation are up to date and controlled.
*Lead compliance monitoring to AS9100, ISO 9001, AS13100 and SABRe standards.
*Generate and report key quality performance indicators (KPIs).
*Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
*Facilitate FMEAs and risk management processes.
*Promote quality awareness and best practices throughout the business.
*Contribute to environmental, health and safety initiatives and sustainability practices.
Essential Skills & Experience:
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Quality Engineering role
*Internal Auditor qualification (ISO 9001 minimum).
*Strong ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to manage workload and deadlines effectively.
