Retail Marketing Assistant – Automotive OEM & Brand Activation
Are you passionate about bringing automotive brands to life at the retail level? A fast-growing OEM is seeking a Retail Marketing Assistant to support the rollout of high-impact campaigns across its UK dealer network. This is a unique opportunity to work with a new-to-market brand that’s making waves in the EV and SUV segments.
You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative agencies to deliver bold, product-led campaigns that drive showroom traffic and elevate brand presence. From brochures and advertising to tactical promotions and digital assets, you’ll help ensure every retailer has the tools they need to succeed.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in automotive retail marketing—especially across multi-brand environments—and a passion for delivering standout customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the development and execution of retail campaigns across a national dealer network.
*Manage quarterly marketing programmes and tactical initiatives, including media and creative packages.
*Build strong relationships with retailer marketing teams to support local campaign execution.
*Collaborate with product and sales teams to deliver compelling communications for new model launches.
*Oversee digital brochure production and ensure accurate representation of the vehicle range.
*Monitor competitor activity across OEMs and automotive brands, providing insights to strengthen campaign strategy.
*Champion brand consistency and compliance across all retail touchpoints.
*Support wider marketing initiatives as directed by senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
*Degree-level education in Marketing, Business Multimedia, or related field.
*3+ years’ experience in automotive sales or retail marketing, ideally with exposure to OEM or franchise dealer environments.
*Strong project management skills and a proactive, high-standard approach.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
*Experience working with creative agencies or suppliers.
*Confident, flexible, and results-focused mindset.
*Fluent in English; willingness to travel across the UK as needed.
