Job Description:
Customer Service Administrator – Temp to Perm Opportunity
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Pay Rate: £13.00 – £18.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Start Date: Immediate or within 1 week’s notice
Reed is currently working with a well-regarded business in Chelmsford to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their vibrant and friendly team. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
*Front-of-house reception duties, including answering calls and handling general enquiries
*Booking and sourcing accommodation/hotels
*Providing administrative support across departments
*Assisting with new projects and ad-hoc tasks
Candidate Requirements:
*Good interpersonal skills to establish a positive rapport with clients
*Excellent customer service skills to ensure a high standard of support
*Dependable team player with strong time management skills
*Punctual, hard-working, and a proactive ’can-do’ attitude
*Ability to remain professional and polite when dealing with customers in stressful situations
