We’re looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our supply team in Carshalton. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development.
About the Role
As an LSA, you’ll work closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to provide tailored 1:1 and small group support. You’ll help pupils access learning, promote inclusion, and implement strategies that meet individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEND, ensuring safety and engagement.
*Assist with EHCPs, Individual Learning Plans, and Behaviour Management Plans.
*Support the use of ICT and assistive technologies in learning.
*Attend safeguarding and SEND training as required.
*Contribute to pupil reviews, meetings, and classroom resource preparation.
