*Support junior team members in technical development.
About You

*Strong understanding of renewable technologies and decarbonisation strategies.
*Degree-qualified in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
*Working towards Chartered status (CIBSE, IMechE, or similar).

*Knowledgeable in UK technical standards, energy reduction methods, and performance verification.
What’s on Offer
*Competitive salary and tailored benefits package.
*Opportunities for professional development and career progression.
*Hybrid working culture and flexible holiday allowances.
*Support for personal ambitions and wellbeing.
