Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our cutting line team in a busy factory environment. This is a temp-to-perm role, offering the opportunity to grow within the business. You will work as part of a small team, ensuring accurate cutting, assembly, and preparation of components for our products.
Key Responsibilities:
*Operate cutting machinery and hand tools to prepare components to required specifications.
*Check product sizes, models, and any special requirements against works orders before processing.
*Carry out basic assembly tasks, including welding, brazing, painting, or electrical wiring as required.
*Safely move materials using trolleys and pallet trucks.
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
*Perform other duties as required to support the cutting line team.
Requirements:
*Ability to work as part of a small, focused team.
*Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.
*Willingness to learn and use hand tools and machinery (training provided).
*Physically able to move materials and operate equipment safely.
