Management Accountant
*Annual Salary: up to £45,000 (depending on experience)

My client, a leader in the UK hospitality industry with over 60 years of experience are looking for a Management Accountant to be a vital part of their central finance team, ensuring the financial operations run smoothly across their diverse hospitality businesses.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Take ownership of the month-end process for assigned sites, including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
*Produce and review management accounts, respond to queries, and provide clear explanations.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with General Managers and Unit Controllers, serving as their primary finance contact.
*Analyse financial data to identify trends and anomalies, providing actionable insights.
*Contribute to various finance areas such as VAT returns, fixed assets management, and financial oversight of leisure clubs.
*Support the Senior Leadership Team by supplying critical data and financial insights that influence strategic decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in managing accounts and delivering accurate financial reports.
*Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
*Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with a calm approach to meeting tight deadlines.
*A keen eye for detail and a passion for diving deep into data.
*Commercial acumen, with an understanding of how finance impacts business decisions in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
