About our client
We are working with a leading European buyout private equity investment manager with multiple billion in assets under management. The London-based investor relations team is seeking a dynamic, hands on IR professional to help drive the fundraising efforts and ensure effective communication with their existing investor base. What the job involves
*Work creatively and proactively to ensure best in class service to the institutional investor base, leading on workstreams and collaborating with the existing team
*Participate in product development projects
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors through co-investment processes
*Develop and coach junior team members and oversee their work. Help with hiring and growing the team as necessary
*Manage due diligence processes and the production of bespoke marketing materials and fund documentation
*Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders and other business teams
Who we are looking for *Strong educational background with experience in private markets - investor relations or placement agent
*Excellent communicator, both orally and in written material, able to craft eloquent and succinct messages
*Able to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
*Strong organisational and project management skills with a proactive approach to work
