Overview
*To deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Private Client team, ensuring the efficient and accurate management of client data and documentation.
*To uphold the integrity of client records by maintaining accurate, organized, and securely stored information across all relevant systems.
Key Responsibilities
*Enter and maintain client and financial information within the firm’s internal systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
*Scan, upload, and correctly file documents in line with internal procedures and data management standards.
*Prepare, compile, and distribute documentation packs for client review meetings.
*Record and interpret client risk assessment data to assist advisers in determining appropriate investment strategies.
*Complete post-meeting administrative tasks in accordance with internal checklists and service standards.
*Work collaboratively with the team to monitor and schedule upcoming client reviews, ensuring all associated records are current.
*Perform client due diligence and anti-money laundering checks for both individual and corporate clients.
*Produce and issue provider correspondence, such as letters of authority and change of agency requests, maintaining accurate logs of all related activity.
*Conduct policy and product analysis to support advisers in providing informed recommendations.
*Provide general administrative assistance to the Private Client team, including handling correspondence, filing, and document management.
*Take ownership of professional development by maintaining up-to-date training records, tracking objectives, and recording progress.
