Job Description:
Reed Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a leading financial services business at their Blackpool offices.
Ensuring the office is stocked with stationary, typing correspondence for clients and when required organising travel arrangements, this is a varied position which would suit someone from a secretarial or administrative background.
On a daily basis you’ll be…
*Ordering stationary for the department (letterheaded paper, business cards etc)
*Using the company credit card to book travel and process expenses
*Organising travel including flights, hotels and trains
*Opening and distributing the post
*Taking and typing up minutes in meetings
*Logging cheques correcting
The ideal candidate will be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
Salary, Hours & Benefits
*Confidential per annum (depending upon experience)
*37.5 hours per week 8:30am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch
*25 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays and increase in holidays with length of service
*Generous pension scheme (up to 7.5% matching contribution), option for shares, private medical insurance, medical cash plan, life assurance and income protection
