Supply Teacher*Location: Norwich
*Job Type: Contract/Temporary
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team, providing cover in various secondary schools across Norwich. This role is ideal for those who are looking to work flexibly and are passionate about making a positive impact on students’ educational journeys.
Day-to-Day of the Role:*Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects, adhering to the national curriculum and school policies.
*Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a constructive learning environment.
*Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and needs of students.
*Provide feedback on student progress and participate in school meetings and events as required.
*Prepare classroom resources and lesson plans, sometimes at short notice, ensuring content is relevant and stimulating.
*Maintain professional relationships with staff and contribute to the school community.
Required Skills & Qualifications:*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK.
*Experience teaching in secondary schools, with a strong understanding of the current curriculum.
*Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
*Flexibility to work with different age groups and on various subjects.
