Job Description:
Overview:You will be joining a RIBA-chartered Architectural Practice as an experienced Architectural Technologist to support the technical delivery of design projects across all RIBA stages within the residential and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop BIM models and technical detailing packages.
*Produce architectural specifications and design documentation.
*Conduct technical audits and manage compliance with building regulations.
*Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
*Contribute to the development of practice standards and technical strategy.
Skills & Experience:
*Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
*Proficiency in Revit, Adobe InDesign, NBS Chorus, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Loop.
*Deep understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction technologies.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology or Architecture (RIBA Part 1).
*CIAT registration preferred.
