Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the HR Assistant:*Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
*Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising roles and arranging interviews.
*Support onboarding and induction for new starters.
*Handle payroll administration and employee benefits queries.
*Prepare HR reports and assist with compliance requirements.
*Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries from staff.
