Our client, a well-established and highly respected full-service law firm with offices across Devon are seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join its busy and growing department.
This opportunity is ideal for a mid-level Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced unqualified Fee Earner who is confident in managing a varied caseload of wills, probate, trusts and estate planning matters
About the Role:
As part of a supportive and collaborative private client team, you will:
*Advise clients on a full range of private client services, including:
*Drafting wills and codicils
*Probate and estate administration
*Trust creation and management
*Estate and lifetime tax planning, including inheritance tax (IHT) strategies
*Lasting powers of attorney and deputyship applications
Candidate Requirements
*Minimum 5 years’ experience in private client work
*Open to Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced unqualified fee earners
*Ability to manage a caseload independently from initial instruction to completion
