We are seeking a skilled Tradesperson to join our team, covering numerous sites across London and the surrounding area. This role is ideal for someone with a background similar to an MTO/Handyperson, skilled in tasks such as painting, fixing locks, carpentry, and managing minor leaks.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Travel to various sites to perform maintenance and repair tasks.
*Conduct painting, carpentry, and lock fixing as required.
*Manage and resolve minor leaks and other similar maintenance issues.
*Utilise a company-provided vehicle for work-related travel.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in a similar role, handling tasks like painting, carpentry, and basic plumbing.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks across different locations.
*Full UK driving licence.
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
