The Business Partnering & Reporting Manager will oversee financial reporting and provide strategic support to key stakeholders within the organisation. This role will require strong expertise in financial management, business partnering, and reporting in the not-for-profit sector.

Description
*Lead financial and commercial reporting, including monthly performance reviews, budgeting, forecasting and balance sheet management
*Collaborate with stakeholders to develop budgets and forecasts.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
*Drive strategic processes such as year-end close, annual report preparation, audits, and ad hoc financial modelling.
*Support the implementation of financial systems and process improvements.
*Manage and mentor a small team of finance professionals.
*Work closely with senior leadership to align financial strategies with organisational goals.
Profile
A successful Business Partnering & Reporting Manager should have:
*Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
*Experience in financial reporting and business partnering within the not-for-profit sector.
*Strong knowledge of financial systems and regulatory compliance.
*Proven ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
*The ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
