Conveyancing Assistant – Chesterfield (Full-Time, Office-Based)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a busy, supportive residential property team based in Chesterfield.
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in conveyancing support who is looking to further develop their skills in a friendly and professional environment.
What you’ll be doing:
*Preparing and drafting legal documents, including Contracts and Transfers
*Requesting and processing searches
*Reviewing and responding to sales enquiries with guidance as required
*Assisting with preparation of completion statements
*Handling exchanges and completions
*Liaising with clients, solicitors and other professionals to progress matters smoothly
What we’re looking for:
*At least 12 months’ experience in a conveyancing support role
*Good knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*A proactive, team-focused approach
