Description
*Partner with fee-earning teams to boost profitability, improve working capital, and encourage best financial practices.
*Lead monthly WIP reviews and ensure accurate billing forecasts.
*Maintain matters, including closing dormant accounts, write-offs, and aged balances.
*Reassign matters for leavers or inactive fee earners and improve data quality
*Monitor timesheet completion and share insights to drive timely submissions.
*Work with the wider finance team to develop KPIs that drive sustainable growth.
*Support debt ledger management alongside fee earners and Credit Control.
*Build strong relationships across the business and act as the go-to for financial queries.
*Assess financial risks and opportunities, and contribute to shaping the Revenue Controller strategy.
Profile
A successful Revenue Controller should have:
*Experience in a similar finance role, ideally within the legal sector.
*Strong business partnering skills with senior and non-financial colleagues.
*High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
*Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Confident identifying areas of value leakage and implementing improvements.

Job Offer
