What will you do?
*Handle a full & broad commercial property caseload
*Advise a broad client base to include: local authorities, investors & (smaller scale) local developers
*Sector focus will include: leisure, retail and development
*There will also be opportunities to become involved in the growing energy/renewables sub-dept
What will you need?
*To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
*To have at least 3 years PQE+
*Commercial property experience
*Ideally, you should already be operating at assistant or associate level within another reputed firm
